FYI

Starting in early August Bowness Auto Parts is going to stock the Purolator Pure One oil filter for our cars. Part # PL14612

On another note DHL's processing fee for orders out of the US is $7 CAD.

Doesn't DHL screw up a lot though. They ended up sending some stuff from one of my clients to Oregon when it was supposed to go to Indonesia. They made it right but it took an extra 4 weeks.

I've only used DHL once and my stuff came in a timely manner. Haven't dealt with them on the other side of the border.

about oil filters...I tried the K&N filter for my trip to the states...not a drop lost! Little on the expensive side...$11 ea. but great results...may be a little on the overkill side of things as the filter is ment for real heavy duty pressure...damn thing must weigh 5lbs!

How does the Pure One compare?

Subaru Stock oil filter is like 10.50 so 11 aint bad

unfortunately i need to ask is the 2005rs filter the same part number as the wrx?

i'll take a pic of it later.
