Get a scoobysport downpipe and front midpipe from Ken Cole at RallyPerformance.com . Both are catless.

Here we go with semantics again...

There are four pipes in the stock exhaust system aft of the turbo.

Downpipe (with cat), front midpipe (with cat), rear midpipe (with resonator), muffler section.

A catback (which you said you have) would normally be the last two pipes, or from the last cat back. So to go full turbo back, you'd need to replace the downpipe and front midpipe.

The downpipe and front midpipe together are also called the A pipe. Some downpipes for sale will replace the front midpipe and downpipe.

Scoobysport components will bolt up piece for piece with the stock system, so there are no problems with fitment w/other systems. Any catback that mates up to the stock front midpipe will mate up to the scoobysport front midpipe. Easy. Effective.
