I was reading about how some people here have used heat wrap on their CAI piping to try keep the intake air cooler.....think something like that would help with a stock intake? How much does it really help on even a CAI anyway?

Probably not worth it, even with a CAI. On a non turbo I dont think theres as much of a heat problem under the hood.

It would make sod all difference to a stock intake because it dosn't that get that badly heat sunk in the first place. The ABS plastic is very heat resistant so it shouldnt be a worry!
