wait, wtf, why put a perfectly healthy dog down?? Bring the pup to the SPCA or something!! There's plenty of places that takes dogs n then put them up for adoption.

i'll take it if it's housetrained...i love dogs, and I really shouldn't be taking in another one, but I will if no one else...until I find a good home for it. Should never let someone put a nice dog to sleep, that's just wrong...

You can just put dogs to sleep if you don't like them?

THis is jacked up. Take the dog for a few days until you can find him a home.

People would kill to have a housetrained lab of this vintage.

Also, why not just take him to a non-kill shelter if you cant find a home?

there is a place in beacon, i believe it is called ARF, they do not, i repeat, do not put dogs down unless it is a medical neccessity. they will take your dog and take care of it for as long as it takes to get adopted. they might be your best bet if you can't find a taker
