Default Subaru Warranty

Will an accessport void your factory warranty?

Yes. If they find it on there, then your warranty could possibly be avoided. If you revert back to stock before you take it in for service then they don't really have a way of knowing.

I had a buddy that put some kind of port on his truck. He told me you had to default the settings and shut off the car 10 times so that the dealer wouldn't be able to tell that anything had been changed... I didn't know if the accessport left any kind of telltale sign even if you reset the car to factory default

no. but it could cause the dealer to deny warranty coverage for any part of the vehicle that the AP could have contributed to its demise.
