Question Will the turbo assembly from a '9x Turbo Legacy fit a '95 2.2L Impreza?

Hey guys,

Will the turbo assembly (turbo, manifold, piping, etc..) of an early 90s Tubo legacy fit a '95 Impreza 2.2L?

This sounds like a cheaper way to turbo the 2.2L. Has this been tried before? Are there any web-site or documents about this mod? Thanks

the answer is a resounding YES... But it isn't without problems, Me and a few other are in the process of fitting them onto our 2.5's. Check out Stimpy's site or http://www.rs25.com/ There are a few things that are different, and it's not going to be easy. I am looking at another month before I will have all the Parts (Missing the Intercooler and Exhaust, which I found, but am waiting for them to ship.) Read Stimpy's Site, and if you have any questions ask them. Also I have the parts list from rs25.com, which is apparently down, so if you need it email me and i'll send it to you.

It also has on it where and for how much I found all the parts. My total cost will be around 1500-1600.

Good Luck,

-Paul
