Default SLC: Do I need a Safety Inspection and Emission Certificate?

I just got a 2004 motorcyle from Colorado and need to regester and tag it in UT. I live in Davis county. So do I need to get a safety inspection and emission certificate to regester it? And if so where can this be done at? And how much does it cost?

State only. No IM. Can be done at most garages. Just need to ask if they are covered. Cost should be only 16 to 20 bucks Max.
