Post ok, so most of you got to test drive em'...who got to do THIS!?

i went to the dealer for a couple hours this morning and he is REALLY REALLY trying to sell me this black WRX with no spoiler, 5-speed, only option is the mirror thing, and the alarm upgrade..

he's gonna throw in a wing, when it becomes available.

well, i got test drove it AGAIN, and decided to ask... can i take it home??

he let me bring it home OVERNIGHT!!

he filled it up and said SEE YA!!

we have the GREATEST dealers around here!!

Damn, now that's a cool dealer! I'd buy from that guy/gal for sure if they let me take the car home for a day!

BTW, that's the best picture I've seen of the black color. I've seen it twice in person and it's stunning... very subtle but beautiful. I can't wait 'till mine arrives!

A cool Toyota dealer in Virginia let me test drive a Tacoma pickup for a whole weekend. I don't know if I could take home a WRX for a night and not give it back though; I'd be too hooked

I would drive the Honda in the background back to the dealer and say..."what the hell, the clock chimed 12 midnight and the WRX turned into this turd!" give them the keys and walk home to your new waiting WRX. Well, it might happen.

Buy it! That's a nice looking car. Free spoiler, good dealer (is there such a thing?)

Sounds like a good deal, but then again, I am really jealous that you got to drive one. I just bought my RS from the only scooby dealer in town, so he knows I'm not serious about a WRX. I did get to sit in it though.

Yeah, what a sneaky tactic! After 24 hours with that car there is nooo way I could ever give it back, even if I was completely broke. Oh wait I am!

That sounds like a great dealer, or at least a salesman that knows how to treat customers.

And grow some hair, the crew cut look is so mid-nineties.

If I had a chance in hell of getting a rex I would probably go for it. But no dealers around here would trade me and I don't have the cash on hand and refuse to go the finance route because I know I will get in trouble.

I save up and buy everything outright, I do not like owing anybody money.

Of course this means I end up waiting a long time for stuff.
