Default A little help guys???

Well, my car has finally decided to have an issue after 100+k miles of driving. I am getting some type of knocking on a cold start up. It basically sounds like metal on metal until I give it a little gas. I am assuming it's some type of oil starvation or something. Anyone have any ideas what it can be? All the gauges on the dash have not light up, and all my other gauges(oil, boost,EGT) seemed okay, but I did not look on start up since I was in shock upon hearing that god awful sound. Any input is appreciated.

Well, not noises last night at start up or this morning. Any ideas? I'd like to give my mechanic some ideas as to what it could be.

Already did the t-belt, but not the pump. I think that's the only thing I didn't swap out at my 100k mark.
