Air care issues with the AVO turbo kit for 2005 2.5RS??

Does anyone have this kit for their non-turbo cars and do you have air care issues. I emailed Sean at Rallitek and he said that it is 49 state emissions legal but that doesn't necessarily mean it will pass here.

I think the Perfect Power ECU is better at passing AirCare than my Link. With the PP, you add an extra injector that only fires on boost and let the stock ECU handles the rest (with PP doing some piggybacking). With the Link, you are now running standalone - it's not as flexible as the stock ECU and it cost me a lot to get it thru AirCare

ooooo! Okay I guess the PP ECU is a good thing then! How fast is the car?

If you want to turbo your RS honestly, get a WRX or do an engine swap. I have stated this before but I've never seen "good" results from turbo-ing an RS motor. (Good means - few if any problems, good power for $$ put out, longevity, no aircare problems).
