Not in any particular order:

Full Sail Amber
Real Ale Brown Ale
Sam Adams Black Lager
Shiner Hefeweizen
Negra Modelo
Avalanche
Rahr and Sons
Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA
Murphy's anything
New Belgium anything

There are a lot more, trust me. I have found that I like or love just about any type of beer. I lean towards the darker ones and am finding that brown ales are my favorites. The Sam Adams Brown Ale is really good, but the one that Real Ale makes is the best that I have had. If you have not heard of Real Ale, check out their site www.realalebrewing.com. I used to put New Belgium at the top of my list, but Real Ale is taking that spot. It is just so hard to find that stuff.

If you are a big beer lover, like me, check out Flying Saucer. See if there is one near you, and just check it out. Most of the beers that I have had that branched me out from the norms have come from Flying Saucer experiences.

Oh, and when I can't afford these, I still don't go for Bud Light, Miller, or Coors. Lone Star all the way!

True, but I was in SF and they have a "Public House" there. I don't even remember half the stuff I tried. Every single one was good, including the barleywine.

I still have ummm, what is it, a red from there? I think that's right. I'm supposed to give it to my bro-in-law (we'll see).

Just to be inclusive, Avery's The Reverend is another favorite, along w/Hobgoblin.

I warned y'all. . . I'm not one to let this subject rest:

Just remembered some good stuff a buddy brought over a while back: Left Hand Imperial Stout. WHOA. Anyone try any Left Hand brews?

Greg, is the Celis White *still* good? I used to love it, back when it was regional. Haven't tried it since the shuffle.

TTUSuby good call on the Real Ale.

strider98 yay for Chimay, and the Anchor seasonal. The Sam Adams and St. Arnold's seasonals are great too.

Wife and I are going out for dinner and whatever Saturday night. Will probably hit the Saucer; who else has a good variety on tap, preferably inner-loop?

Left Hand Milk Stout!!! Damn, there are just far too many good brews out there to remember them all. I had my first LHMS at Will's a few months back... just damned good stuff that is.

Sam Adams Black was quite good, I brought some to Rob's house for some reason or another, I forget now.. but it was good. And, luckilly, as Alex had brought some funky Brazillian stuff (Xingu?, I forget...) that distracted everyone away from my Sam Adams and I had most of 'em myself

Duvel Golden Ale, I used to go for that a bit, but it isn't carried by a lot of places (outside of Spec's or something).

Flying Dog makes some good stuff too. I used to think that the art on the bottles was by the guy that did the pink floyd stuff, but it's not... just looks similar.

You just bolded "Milk Stout." That doesn't necissarily signify "good."

I haven't had the Milk Stout. I had their Imperial Stout. 2x the ABV and 3x the IBUs. . . I don't doubt the Milk Stout is good; just hard for me to buy it over the Imperial.

The Maudite is good; I just like La Fin better.
