Um, Electrical and Lighting isn't close enough?

Anyway assuming "mirets" is really "Morettes", you can buy the 3M film in a raw sheet and cut out 4 circles of 4" diameter each. It's cheaper that way than buying them precut and cutting out the circles is easy.
I bought a 1-sq-ft sheet of Xpel film for my Morettes here-
www.xpel.com
You may be able to get the same raw film from other vendors of similar products, such as Rockblocker, Laminix, Stongard etc.

Rockblocker has morette specific film pre-cut for the 2002-2003 Morette lights
