Couple of buddies and I did the 5Boro Bike tour this past weekend. Definitely lots of room to fit one more bike hanging over the edge but I'm probably going to cut that down.

Parts:
2007 wrx wagon
OEM rails
Yakima rail grab
Yakima Round bar
2x Yakima Raptor bike rack
1x Inno INA382 bike rack
Got the whole setup on craigslist over the past 2 years or so, spent about $200 total.

I usually see them associated with the euro-scene. Specifically VWs.

only issue I am having is the bracket the attaches the basket to the load bars is not tight. I can m to move the basket side to side...I have called the company and I am waiting to see what they can do. I am going to use a piece of rubber tube to fill the gap.

Dont know if this helps, but I used outdoor-use foam tape from Home Depot for my DIY brackets:

A bit of a visual may help me describe whats going on:

The bars are too small for the bracket to grasp even when tightend all the way. So I will use some rubber hose to enlarge the diameter of the bars.

Gotcha! Just make sure it's snug or you'll have endless rattling.

Could you measure the distance between the bars used. I was sent two sets of clamps for a nearly identical setup. The connection for the bars is on more of an angle and provides a very secure fit.

I'll measure mine and send a pic in a bit.
