According to the wiring diagram it's buried inside the drivers side dash. You should be able to locate it if you turn on your flashers or turn signal, stick your head under the dash and home in on it by the sound it makes.

you must mean the relay that makes that clicking sound. It is behind your fusebox up under the dash. You need to remove the dash panel below the steering wheel (two metal screw and one plastic trim screw) then get creative to locate it exactly.

question - why do you want to find it?

To put a louder clicker since I suffer from hearing loss due to 20 years of being around cannons.

Not to make light of your hearing loss, but if you are going to be losing your hearing being around cannons is a damn cool way to do it. Cannons kick ass

Talking This might be helpful...

I made instructions for installing a driver's side vent gauge which entailed removing pretty much everything around there (including the instrument cluster). Here's a link to the step-by-step photos with directions which will probably help you to get to the relay...or at least dismantle your dash:

Don't worry about the fact that the dash looks like a disaster, it's actually pretty simple to take apart if you know how and even easier to put back together.
