I just called Rallispec (as I just don't now everything about the car, I trust Dave) he sets his tuning to pass most smog tests, but he just can't make any guarantees from state to state...

yeah, the hankooks stick like glue!

Yeah, you better save a lot. They can be expensive! There is over $15k (cost can be documented) in this swap and parts! Wish you the best.

Tranny has the stock internals with no issues, but it hasn't been driven by abusive parties. Use your head, and it will last as long as you want, start abusing it, and who knows how long it will last.

You spent 15k on a swap with ECS and didn't get the full STI swap? Wow! I thought that was the going tag for a full STI drivetrain and dash swap. Good luck with the sale. It's a beauty.

Yeah, it could be done cheaper..., but I've been real pleased with the jdm 2.0 motor, the extra 1/2 litre would be nice, but I'm pleased!

yes, it is the ej20, I don't know the stock hp, but my understanding is it has a little more compression, it came from Japan with 300 miles, and now has about 27k, the car has 85k.

Have a great day.
