Not for the Wagon.....Nate, a guy who was coming to the old shop for advice and pointers did the swap himself. He put on a 16g with some bits and got Ray to tune it to 19lbs. I have not, nor do I plan on doing much to he wagon in terms of more power ...its a daily driver.

In addition to the swap he did I put on:
- coilovers
- end links
- 17" rims and 225/45 snow tires
- Power slot larger rear rotor upgrade
- replaced the bumper with the STi Sport and rear wings
- Rally Innovations light bar with the Hella 500 high beams
- High volume PWR Aluminum radiator
- 06 WRX TR front and rear wagon seats
- Custom rear strut tower bar/C-D pillar brace.....makes an unbelievable difference

...........I think thats it

.............The Wagon was totaled As Of 10/23/10, thanks to a 68 year old lady who blew a red light

Its been about a 1000 years since Ive bumped this or done much to the car. Here is where it is as of right now.

She is going back under the knife in about a month for a full suspension & bushing overhaul, different wheels and new hub barrings all around.

Yay! new custom powder coated rims are finally under way. They are getting a 4 layer powder coat.

Removed all the fake allen head bolt and tapped threads for real stainless steel allens to be installed, then stripped and polished the lips:

#1 Super Chrome lips:

Taping off the lips after Super Chrome for face coating This was a total PITA and 2 of the 4 rims had to get redone due to the tape pulling off after going back into the oven.

#2 Ink Black Base Coat:

#3 Chameleon Violet Mid Coat:

Ill have more pics when final stages get done....hopefully in about a week. The last steps are custom Liquid Powder Coats logo in silver powder coat on one of the spokes and a final clear powder coat top coat. After the powder coating is finished I still have to install all the 150 stainless steel screws that go around the faces of the rims.

Taping off the LIQUID Powder Coats logos before silver pearl ghosting

Final powder coat of clear

Installing the stainless steel set screws

These final crappy cell phone pics give no justification to the color of the Chameleon Violet
