I know there's an old Norm Reeves Subaru thread, but these guys REALLY deserve their own thread, so here we go...

First off, I want to say thanks to Oscar for the great communication and for making things happen on a weekend. He wasn't there but I did get to meet Matt (sales) and Chris (tech) and all I can say is WOW. These guys are the epitome of how a business should run. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Can't ask for more than that.

I was in this weekend for an install and besides doing great work and providing me with some good knowledge, Matt even helped my wife try and pick out some rim and tire combos for her Accord.

Run by and check them out and lets help these guys be a great shop for SoCal.

I am another believer that these guys deserve a new thread. I ordered my exhaust last thursday and recieved it today. thats great since im in Alaska and most the time its 2-3 wks for things to come in. this is the second time Oscar has come through for me.

If your looking for a great person and staff to deal with these guys are it.

Matt and the rest of the guys at DCH Motorsports are awesome. Great products, great prices, and great service.

I just had them hook me up with an Accessport, Helix catted downpipe, and an Invidia G200 Titanium catback. They did a super job on the install.

Now I'm Stage 2!!

Here's my experience. I just ordered a GT-Spec Radiator Shroud.

Saturday, August 19th, 2006 - PMed DCH Motorsports, and got a quick reply, and placed the order that night.
Monday, August 21st, 2006 - Got another PM with my tracking number, but it hadn't been shipped.
Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006 - The package got picked up and on the way.
Monday, Augusts 28th, 2006 - Got the shroud
Opened up the box and noticed it wasn't in original packaging, and looks like it had been sitting under a car while they were working on it because it had some oil stains and dirt. Didn't affect the usability at all, just telling you guys what happened.

Wow, this really upsets me especially when we pay a pretty penny to UPS for their services. And a whole week to get a 3 lbs. box to you is just not acceptable to me either. I need to find out what took so long since we have the parts here in stock.
I think the order was processed after UPS had been there Monday morning so it should of have been picked up Tuesday at the latest not wed.

The shrouds are sent to us in plastic sleeves inside one single box so whenever we ship one we provide our own box and yes I agree they sleeves could be better. I know the package was packed petty well to make sure the part did not get damage.

Normally packages sent within the west coast only take about 3 working days or so and 5-6 working days to the east coast.

I apologize for the trouble!!!

Thanks for shipping my oil filter guys. they got here the next day let Chris know I'm due for my 90k mile service so I'll bring it next oil change to get that done, I think Oscar already set up the appointment for me!!!

Picked up my 2004 AP from DCH this weekend. Ordered from Oscar. Matt and Chris flashed it for me. They are legit and straight up. I will be purchasing my Catted Dp from them in 30 days. Stage 2 YEEEAAAHHHH!!!. Count them as the Socal #1 Hook-up.

+1 for a good review, Oscar was really easy to deal with and gave me a good price on an sti uppipe. Will definitely be sending people his way if they need any parts. Definitely one of the better shops I have dealt with in 4+ years of modding cars.

I just wanted to add my great experiance with Oscar. Not only did he give me a great deal on my Invidia package he also shipped immediatly and I had a tracking # right away. He beat all the other vendors as far as prices went hands down and was a great guy to deal with. I will not hesitate to order any future products from him and I am glad I stumbled into his sale on the forum! Great vendor keep up the good work Oscar!!!!

i can't say enough about oscar and the DCH Motorsports crew. i took my car to them to have some things fixed up on my car so it was in good shape since i am selling it (my car is for sale!). they went over the car from top to bottom and let me know what they thought it would need and recommended. needless to say, they got everything running great again. lots of know how and great customer support. oscar even came to pick me up at my house when i had no ride to get my car! i would highly recommend them to anyone in the socal area. now only if oscar would start doing BMW stuff and i will be one happy camper!

about DCH motorsports-

today was one hell of a day. the plan was to meet oscar and the crew to get new ss lines/ pads/ fluid done around 1, and get the car back by 5. i decided it was only 4 hours so what the hell, ill stick around. The car was ready to go at 4:30, but when they hit the brakes on test drives, the brakes were sparking! turns out my rotors were shot, and resurfacing them was the final straw, which none of us had expected. Upon finding this, they tryed to source me some new rotors so i could still get on the road, but no one had any in stock. Jimmy even offered to drive me home to riverside from temecula, but i got a ride back. even though surprises came up that we didnt expect, they handled the situation professionally and quickly. I met Oscar, Jimmy, Mitch, and Tyler (drives a kickass sti and the dch rally car). I couldnt be happier with the prices, or the service, Tyler even bought me lunch. I never expected that a place like that would cater to a 19 year old, but they didnt patronize me, i was another customer and they helped me out. I cant wait to get my car back, and im not going to be going anywhere else to get work done.

i just got back from having my car serviced by DCH. i had a 15k mile service and some brake work (ss lines, fluid flush/fill, pad swap) performed. i made the 45 minute drive up from san diego, and glad that i did.

i called Oscar last night to see if he could get me in today, and certainly, he did. Oscar is a very friendly and professional person to deal with. i have nothing but good things to say about him. Chris (the tech) came out and gave me some good info. of what to expect from my new brake setup. both are very knowledgable, professional, and friendly people.

thanks again Oscar for getting me in so quickly. sorry if i seemed a tad bit persistant at times lol. i will definitely be coming back if i do decide to get more mods installed. and sorry again that i didn't know that you stocked the pads that i supplied lol. i'll be sure to double check with you next time.
