We've been keeping an eye on that series, but haven't made a decision on that yet. When do you think a Subaru will finally win it? Wait, are you talking about the drag series or is that the EVO vs. STI grudge match that goes on around there?

It's a shame they didn't cover it when I won best in class with my 2000 RS. I got a two foot tall trophy because I had a set of P1's, a Ver. V wing, and a Tanabe catback.

Editorial consideration moves slower than the speed of the Internet.

Where can I find specifics on the next event?

I'll weigh in on this one. We try to get to as many events as we possibly can. Englishtown being where it is, and the magazine being headqaurtered where it is... this is a hard event to get to. Considering that the event is about a week away I would say that unless someone opted to be there and cover the race... no, there will be no coverage this year. This is a big year for the magazine and we have a lot happening. With SEMA only 2 real months away there isn't alot of time to be out of the office at races and events.
The best way to get any event covered is to find a decent to good photographer to take some nice HIGH-RESOLUTUION photos and about 1,000 words of accurate coverage, interveiws (interviews are a must) etc. This is also the best way to get published in the magazine if that is your dream. There are just way more events than we have time for. We rely on you guys, the Subaru enthusiasts, in a big way to bring us the story. Thanks

There is this green stuff, it's called money. Airlines like to see lots of it before they let you on a plane, especially when you book a flight four days before departure. Seriously guys, there are so many things happening right now that you will really love I promise you will forget that we could not make it this year. However, if someone were to send me some hi-res pics they could very well make it into the magazine.

We're on a tight budget. Ever see a magazine printing & mailing bill?

Not looking to replace myself in the design department quite yet, but send a relevant portfolio and maybe I'll be swayed.

i've seen printing bills. i didn't know if i was supposed to laugh or cry for a few of them. how about a junior designer? director is too much for someone finishing school but you need to aim high.
