Default EGT fluttering

I just installed the coolingmist system in my WRX this weekend. System seems to work real well, but haven't been tuned for it yet. One thing I have noticed is that my EGT gauge flutters when I am into heavy boost, and I assume the coolingmist system is injecting the most methanol. I have my system set to come on at 3 psi with max flow at 15psi and the tune knob set at 3.
Anyone else have this happen? Anyone know why it might be happening?

bump - this is still occurring. Is the probe that sensitive that any water/steam could cause the fluttering? Or could it be something with the pump current draw at full load causing the gauge to act crazy? Anyone any ideas?
