Default USDM -> CADM reflash possible?

It's a little OT question, but I figured this is the best sub forum for it
My friend has USDM B9 Tribeca, and he is not very comfortable with fahrengeits instead of celsius, miles vs kms etc.
now if you take canadian version, it uses metric system everywhere...
how is it possible to convert usdm system to metric on this animal?

Doesn't matter what he's comfortable with. If he lives in the US his instruments (especially the dash cluster) needs to be in US standards per some various laws. Either way, the dash should still have kph on the speedometer on the US model... it should be in smaller print.

dude, he lives in Moscow and the point of this is to get the car to metric system

that aside, there are tons of scoob owners running STI clusters and I doubt they all converted them to Mph, I am one of them as I prefer what is convinient for me
