Default 99 2.5rs wont run.

Limped home the other night, with missfires on 1,2, and 3. Got it in the drive way to open the garage door and died and now wont start. I checked for spark and all 4 cylender have spark. Took the fuel line of the filter to check the pump. Cranked it over, and no fuel. Is this a way i can check the fuel pump, or is it not supposed to pump. I poored some gas down the intake and it will runa little bit.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks

AJ

excellent. Then he should be able to hear his pump if its alive..and not hear his pump if it is dead.

They still put pumps in the fuel tank?

I had a feeling you might ask that Float was stuck in the tank. Outa gas. Gauge read between a quarter and half a tank. Sure glad i didnt take it some place to get it fix!
