Default Tarmac-usa *Worst place to order parts*

Hey guys im just wondering if you guys know about Tarmac usa

I ordered my prodrive P1 springs from them last week now im waiting another week for them to recieve the springs.. They told me that they will have the springs by tuesday or wedsday in the week of 8-22-06 and they will send it out on wedsday.. I emailed them a couple times and i only got 3 or of 6 messages back from them. I cant believe they would do that to a paying customer. Then i saw that they had a Aim account so i sent them a message i told them "hello, im raymond i ordered some Prodrive p1 springs from you guys last week and i just wanted to inquire how long would it take to get my springs.
Tarmac sales* i dont know you go away and dont message me.
Me, im a paying customer and i just wanted to know if you have the springs ready to be shipped. There's no need to be rude im just asking a question.
tarmac sales, Go away dont message me and i dont care.

I'm just giving you guys a heads up on Tarmac. they have the worse customer service that ive in counter in my life. Please dont do business with these guys unless you want to wait half a month to recieve a product from them.

Hmmm, that doesn't sound like Harvey. My guess is the guy who has that AIM address is one of the former employees of Tarmac. Those who know who I'm talking about will probably know, if you know what I mean. Call and ask for Harvey, see if he can help you out. Some items can take a long time to get in, and they are a small-ish operation specializing in only Subarus.
