Default What do you get with 2 turbos and a 50shot

On a stock jdm wrx (NOT STI) 2.0L motor?

The blue graph is without the bottle, and the car made 371 on 22 psi, but I will admit it, nitrous and lots of boost scared me so I backed the boost down some for our first spray.. We are pretty happy so far. We found out that we need less fuel on the first run, (straight 10.0 afrs) and there is a lot more that we can get out of it, but I think we are just going to clean it up and start playing.

Here is one of the old posts on the car. I think all the specs are pretty much in there. The only thing that has changed is it has a reversed manifold on it now, and a 50shot.

Thanks we have already been over that, if you wish to read the link below we go over all of the things on why a twin turbo Subaru is dumb, and how it doesnt work.

Thats the best looking 400whp i ever saw. Bling has to count for something...

I mean sure you can get a Bj from a old toothless lady and she will get the job done for less money, but you would rather spend more money for a hott chick to do it and enjoy looking at her instead right?

I want a pic of the setup with the reversed manifold. Nice numbers. I don't care how you get it done, 400+whp on a 2L is awesome. I have to say I am really suprised that a non-STI block is holding together that well at those power levels. How many other non-STI Subaru 2L engines are maing that kind of power?

I have got to scam a ride somehow, it must be awesome how that car just builds and builds power...But jeez, you have no torque at 1000 rpm, i could beat you from a 5th gear pull at 30.

It doesn't look like the owner is too concerned about low end torque. If he was he prolly woulda stuck with the stocker and sprayed on that. That car must really throw you back though like that, must be a hell of a lot of fun to throw in gear and then just slam on the gas. He wanted to do something unique, that takes a lot in the subaru world so props to him for that. He could have gotten that power much cheaper but he didn't. The high road gets you there a lil later but it's just too damn much fun.

v6 welcome back

Sarcasm, but thats ok, plenty of people here will bash his hard work and commitment. Allaspects has built one hell of a car, and I will be back there to re-dyno mine once my tune is done.

You are right, power per dollar cars are a poor investment. Hell why did you buy an STi when you could have bought a 1993 LX mustang, drop 10 grand into and run 9's.

Either way, thanks for all the good comments guys, when we started this project we were told by many that the car would never make over 300, the turbos would fight each other they said. Well here you go, when the turbos start " Fighting" each other please, someone fill me in.

And yes nitrous is cheating, I have said it forever, first car I have ever sprayed on, and I didnt think I would grow the balls to even spray, but why not, this whole thing has been a big experiment.....and it sure as hell isnt over yet

P.S. Toothless BJ's are much better

Isn't every Subaru? If it was just about "power per dollar" we'd all be driving Mustang's or SRT-4's- and that would suck.

All Aspects. Will you post a log from the dyno of your ignition and afr by RPM? I would like to see more of what's happening. Also what EM?
