Default Grrr...Exhaust leaks

I have an Apexi N1 catback mated to stock cats, has anyone gotten the damn flange to seal between the cats and catback? Ive tried new gasket, new gasket with high temp RTV, new gasket with JB Weld (i know i know) is there any trick to getting this ****er to seal without welding?

Is the stock cat end clean, no old gasket? Do you have the right size doughnut gasket?

The end of the cat is clean, i made sure of that. I could possibly have the wrong size one. The dealer gave me one that was too small twice, maybe this time they decided to switch it up and give me one thats too big.
