Still a newb here and sorry for this question but this seems like free money? Why are these being sold and how do people get them and then sell them? I plan on purchasing a few items from Sub of Dallas and these seem too good too be true. I can get $200 for $150???? any strings attached? Sorry for the question I guess I do not understand completely.

More or less this is $25 free, you can't get change back from them though, so what you're buying needs to be >$100. I also only have 1.

yes, you can use up to a certain amount on a new car. I think it's $2000 or $2500. You get them as a reward from having a SUbaru credit card or other ways too I think.
