Stock 5speed out of my 06 WRX. Less than 5k miles, removed to do a 6speed swap. Like new complete w/ linkage, clutch, etc.

Asking 3k OBO.

No one is going to pay 3k or 2k, or probably 1k, when they could pay 4,000 4,500 for a 6speed son.

i don't care what you think it's worth. My local junkyard offered me 2k for it... so the actual market price is somewhere above that... I've also gotten two offers for 2600, so my 3k "OBO" is ballpark.

Are you drunk? You must be if you think a 06 5mt is worth 3k. My friend just picked an 06 sti tranny with driveshaft, axles, linkage, sti console w/ boot and shifter trim, all for $3k. haha good luck selling your 5mt.

If you stored it somewhere and wait till there's a high demand then you might get 2-3k for it.

These are selling for $300-$800 ON HERE. Nobody ON HERE will pay 3k for it. If you have an offer of $2000 or even $1000, then take it. We've all seen 6 speeds for 3k and STi 5 speeds for under 3k.

Oh, and can you post the name of the junkyard? I'll just buy WRX trannies on here and sell them to the yard. I'll be able to quit my job at $1500 profit for each one.

something with the front axles if you have the 05 and later front axles i think it will work. miles at fineline imports has more info on this this is the reason i have spec c front axles my 05 axles wouldnt work with my v6 tranny

the final drive on the 06 wrx is taller. 3.71 (I think) on the 06 and 3.9 on the 02-05.you would have to get a rear end from an 06 for it to work correctly
