Tranny Kaaz bolt on on WRX

I have a nice Tranny with KAAZ gear set with a ratio of 4.44 on a final drive 3.90. Bolt on on any wrx. The tranny has just been rebuilt brand new by Lachute Performance. The tranny also has a fron LSD Diff KAAZ.

Gear 1,2,3 is strait cut and gear 4 and 5 is helicoil. All sycros has been change fron brand new syncro.

Brand new kaaz gear set cost 3750 $ + tx
Brand new front diff lsd cosr 1500 $ +tx
Gear set and fron diff installation cost 1000 $ + tx

The 4.44 ratio on the gear set give a good feeling on the acceleration.

what is the rpm while in 5th on the highway? is it noisy?

1-2-3 is noisy

4-5 is not noisy

The gear are realy short, in 5 gear at 60 miles your running 2900 rpm

This tranny is realy more for racing, i was using on a dayly base, realy fast ratio, that means realy big difference in the acceleration..

BTW the price is in canadian money...
