Default how do you test a fuel pump relay

we found it, and i want to test it but im not sure how to go about doing so. this is for a 93 impreza L. Thanks.

Apply 12V to the coil terminals (usually labelled 85 and 86). You should hear a click, then check continuity of the main power terminals (usually labelled 30 and 87) with an ohmeter.

I have a 93 Impreza with a fuel pump issues, do all 93's have an access panel under the back seat?
