Triple Post but eh im proud of myself on this one......

So i under took this huge DIY mod today.... big mistake...maybe...end result well I will let you decide on that fact... I think it turned out quite well and I was fairly impressed with the end result but the wireing and design was huge and i still have to dis conect my DRL's so you can see them at dusk but reguardless they turned out not half bad IMO.... tell me what you think....

BTW i am working on a write up of how to do this and I will consider posting it my only reserve on posting it is you have to do quite a bit of drilling inside your headlight houseing and i dont want noobs complaning about screwing up $1200 worth of headlights to me.......

Kris

BTW as you can see this was quite the time consuming project and i wound up not being able to put my grill back on before i had to leave for school.

It's not original or different as you can find tons of cars with that sort of mod. BMWs have them sometimes.
That said, I think it looks sort of nice. But given the fact that you copying BMW sort of makes it rice. Not nearly as bad as putting z3 vents in your fenders tho. And like I said it looks decent.

Ditto, looks like a ballsy move drilling multiple holes in some $1200 headlights.

Those aren't DRL's...the '06 DRLs are the projectors. The other lights that are lit in the pic are city lights, or parking lights, whatever you like to call them...and they come on when the headlight switch is turned on to the first click, and when the headlights are on.
