Default STI pink springs issue?

Will my STI wagon specific springs affect my suspension warranty adversly? I need to know because my front passenger sude shock feels to be going and I only have 6500 miles on my car. The springs themselves can't be the issue because the bouncy/rattly feeling was there before I installed the new springs (three days ago they were installed) but now it is even more noticable. Throw me a bone somebody...

From what I've heard, Subaru will use any excuse not to pay for problems. That being said, you have to weigh the price of having the original springs put back on to ensure warrante or the price of one strut. It might be cheaper to pay for that strut, if they won't warrantee it.

If you bring it in with the pink springs on there, you're going to get denied warranty service. They'll blame it on the springs in a heartbeat.

Do you think they would warranty an RS tranny if he dropped an STI engine in there?

Here is the deal: If you have Subaru dealerships install the springs for you, you are covered for the workmanship of the installation, like 1 year / 10k miles. The springs themselves, as states on a piece of paper inside the box, are not covered by any ways because it is suggested for off-road use only, blah blah blah.

I do have a set of SPT-made STI pink springs, wagon spec'd, installed on my 2004 WRX wagon. They are very mild springs as compare to other aftermarket aggressive springs, and the increase in stiffness should not kill your strut "THAT" fast....like 6500 miles? Wow!!
I have the springs installed when the stock springs/struts combo have been driven for about 38k miles. Now my car has nearly 49k miles on it, and I could feel a "feelable" degradation of the struts' performance, but they are still "usable". I plan to change out the struts at 75k miles, or maybe around 60k miles if I feel the need at around 55k miles.

I had both my rear struts on the STI replaced under warranty with pinks on.
