Default FS: Rear R-160 Phantom Grip diff / very low miles

SOLD

I have a Phantom Grip installed in a R-160 rear diff I will be removing from the car in a week. Reason I am taking it out is due to it not being powerfull enough when using the Cusco Tarmac center diff and I am upgrading to a V2 Sti RA suretrac diff. When I ran it with the standard center diff it rocked. The Phantom Grip is better than the WRX VLSD, but not as good as a clutch pack (Cusco/Kaaz) type diff. This is also setup with the stiffer "tuning" springs.

Only has 9K miles on it and includes new bearings and cups which also have 9K on them.

Looking to get $150 shipped which is a very good deal. PG on it's own was $270 and bearings were $60 plus the $200 I spent on the diff it was installed in.

It doesn't come with the ring gear. You wouldn't want to use it with a different pinion anyways.

Can I use this carrier in an early 90s Legacy R160? I know my carrier has the stub axles that bolt on, not that ones that are held in by a circlip inside... Or would that matter?

I don't think you can use this if your diff has stub axles. Sorry bro

Dropped to $150. I need to get rid of this to buy a front hub.
