Is this a real model? are they hard to find? seems pretty cheap

looks like a RS with WRX seats

Sure are, it's a 2.5RS with sport package, comes with a lot of WRX goodies like the seats you see there, chrome gauge rings, CD changer, interior dome lights, sunroof, pedals, and spoiler standard.

The only performance bonus you get from it is the slightly quicker final gear ratio, didn't realize it until I looked in the manual and noticed the recommended shifting points for a 2.5RS and 2.5RS with sport package differed.
