Default old school Subi fans, post pics of your last Subies

I got thinking last night, that I'm one of many Subaru whores here. We really love our cars, as evident by the fact that I've now had every generation of Impreza since the bugeye was released in 05/01.

Since we've had so many new members who may not know the history of us older school guys, I figured, let's have a history thread.
Neato stuff.

bugeye WRX wagon (05/01-12/05)

peanut WRX STi (12/05-9/10/06)

pignose (?!?) STI (9/11/06- current)

If you've owned multiple Subarus, post em' up!

cool pics zefy, but to me Subaru didn't exist until the WRX came here. Guys like Gethin who were brought up on the STi in Europe know exactly what I mean.

While the Brat is a cool ride, subies prior to 2001 were sold mainly to geriatrics, cat ladies, granola eating hippies, and lesbians. To me (and most other modern day Subie drivers), there was no Subaru prior to 01'.

Gethin, that's a very cool car.
Anymore pics?

I know he likes granola and women so I surmise that Gethin is in the hippy/lesbian category as opposed to being a crazy cat lady.

oh yeah, it may not have seemed like it from my reply, but I love zefy's Brat.
Still, until the WRX caught my attention, I never would have thought about the 4wd capabilities of those old rides.

Growing up, my family has owned what I last estimated to be around 17 Subarus. 3 SVX's, My Impreza, a chaser, and the rest Legacy's, mostly wagons. Here is a link the last time we had the family over. The one pic that isn't working is my Dad's 02 Legacy.

Haha.. thanks.. but without the 98-01 2.5RS, Subaru would've been one step slower in getting the 02+ WRX's into North America.

Fuka, there isn't much I can say other than, what a shame.
Penphoe, you too.

RIP to both those cars, and good luck to the many happy Subie owners stripping them for parts in the auto boneyard.
