Default Telluride to Denver

Does anyone know how long it will take driving between the two cities?? Also what route is best? I will be driving this trip early January. And I'm from AZ so not experienced in driving in snow too much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never done that route. Been in Ridgeway to Delta. Delta to Grandjunction. Grandjunction to Denver. Last one took at least 4 hours. In a rental car and my brother in law*never speeds* drove. Sorry could not be of more help.
