WTB: turbo

im looking for a turbo! any size as long as its a direct fit for my WRX. my stock one had a run in with a bolt and lost badly.

looking primarily for a VF series maybe vf22 but a 16g or monster 16g would be sweet - 18g?

let me know whats out there and ill see if its in my price range

also anybody have just a stock TD04 lying around? maybe itll get me by until i can get a FPgreen or something

hahha that's halarious. I too am looking for a larger turbo. research of nasioc has me leaning for an 18g. If you can find a deal if we can get two, i'm in! lol!

nope it happend about a month ago - my car was running like carp at timmy ho's
it still runs but it only makes about 10psi... and its very surgey - it just doesnt have any pull

I've got a TD04L with very little shaft play, but it's got a bad internal oil seal. Not that bad, but it does leak into the intake side.

I have no idea what it'd cost to replace the seal, but I'd let the turbo go for $50

hmm kind of looking for something i can just bolt on... ill look into the cost of a rebuild but im actually thinking of upgrading to a vf39 possibly - or vf34 if i can find it :P

They have the VF34, helix 660 cc injectors, fuel pump, and gaskets for $1299 US....or if you just need the turbo, it's $875 US. Don't forget to retune!

PS: or the VF22 package for $1249 US, or VF22 alone for $825 US
