Default MPG? Fuel light?

What are you guys averaging mpg? I have a stage 2 wrx. I seriously think my fuel light comes on way too early. I filled up today with my light on around 270 miles on the tank. I only put 12.2 gallons in. Are tanks are 15.9. That means I could have driven another 60-70 miles on the tank without going empty. Does this sound about right? Granted I drive a little harder now with the stage 2 in full effect. Also I am a mix of highway/city driving. I cruise at 75mph on the freeway. Any feedback??

When I drive normal out of boost I can get 25mpg (Cobbstage2). On the gas off and on I get around 19-21mpg. My last tank I got 315 miles out of. I think I put in about 13.6-14 gallons of 91.

My light is random. sometimes it will come on at just below the 1/4 tank mark. Other times it is below E when it comes on. I dont trust it at all.

Amen brotha.

My light came on yesterday WAYYYY below E. Normally I can drive another day or two once the light is on. I went to the gas station, and it took 15 gallons. I was almost in the danger zone.

Silly WRX Wagon.

Sounds to be common. My light comes on sporadically.

Usually at the smith marketplace in btown. We shop there so we get fuel coupons for 10-15 cents off. Otherwise Costco or Flying J.

Usually Holiday or Chevron.

I usually go to Holiday because the people working there are the bomb.

I goes to the place that sells teh 91 oct. yup. And the suby fuel gages blow. Just before the last drive, mine read half tank. Took 4 gallons to fill. Never reads all the way full. And the light comes on when It's at a quarter tank. Thing is soo jacked up. I just pay attention to the miles.
