Every companies stages are different (some similar though) including RR's. It's just a way to identify the stage of whatever company you are using's kit.

generally.. stage one is just engine management and maybe something less significant like a cat-back exhaust; stage 2 involves an upgraded downpipe, I forget what stage 3 is, but stage 4 is usually the vf34 turbo upgrade with appropriate supporting mods...

A fast wagon

since it's not exactly a stage'd package offered by a company, I can't say exactly, but I guess if you had to call it "stage ____" you could just call it a stage 4...

Stage 4-5.
BTW, Stage 0 or 1 is usually just engine management. The next stage would be up-pipe and EM. Or DP and EM. Then onto injectors and maybe turbo or I/C. So on and so forth.
