Default EcuTEK reflash problems

Has anyone experienced an ECU failure after an EcuTEK reflash? I first had an erratic output of the 5v source to several engine functions including the electric throttle body [ECU connector B136 pin 16] and finally the pin went completely dead.

Sounds like a bad ECU and nothing to do with the reflash. I have reflashed many cars and have never experienced / seen a flash do that. Make sure it's the correct ROM file for the ECU version though (but the ECUTEK software will warn you 'sometimes' that the file isn't compatible anyway if it's not for that ECU). The wrong ROM file for the ECU version will cause problems.
