Default coil pack.. arcing from #3.. please help

hey
i had serious arcing from #3 on the ignition coil. i sanded down the tip of it because it was all corroded.. its nice and shiny now. i got new bosch wires and everything seems to run fine.... but i ran a test on the ignition coil and

the Primary Side (according to the pic) failed the test... almost no resistance
the Secondary Side, passed fine..
car runs fine..
iv been told to replace by some ppl, and other say its fine... but.. i want to get more opinions.. what do you guys think? im pretty sure im going to have to replace because this says theres a short circut on the inside...but i would like to know how serious it is. any damage can be done driving the car?? i would like to know this before i spend the 150 on a new coil pack

thanks
Wojtek

Oops, I meant to close this. It should have been posted in either Normally Aspirated or Service and Maintenance (not both).
