I'm only using OpenECU currently to correct my idle. Although I tuned several local Subies with it.

I'm an avid user of enginuity, and have pretty much transformed my car completly using it. I cant wait to get to the track or a dyno to have proof of the gains.

I use it. Had never tuned a car before, downloaded a base map, and had a very nice guy walk me through it... Now I am tuning my car and I am very happy with the results..

I just did a road tune on a 2004 Sti+TBE.
The car is trapping 108.4mph.

Not to bad me thinks.

I all so have a GT35, blow through MAF setup running on the stock ECU using Enginuity.

The same way you would with any other EM. Set your injector scaler, then calibrate the MAF.

Yup, just save your stock ROM.
When I tune a car with Enginuity I all ways read the stock ROM and set it to read only. That way you can't acidently change it and you can just reflash the stock ROM to the ECU any time you want.

Enginuity user here too. I've done a few cars as well, mostly just adjusting here and there but one car with a reflash for performance in mind.

here's a few that I've reflashed over the last couple months.

'05 WRX Wagon w/ Magnaflow axleback(stock ecu) VS '05 same w/ STG1 reflash

'03 STG1 vs '05 STG1 (from above)

'03 STG2 vs '05 WRX Wagon w/ Magnaflow axleback(stock ECU)

Hey guys, I will be doing write up "stage 2 for under $400". The open source community is in need of 93 octane maps. Pm or email me if you have one. Or you can head over to http://www.osecuroms.org and post them up. Thanks!
