Default What do you think of these wheels?

I think I'm going to go for a set of the P45f in hyper black for my car, 18x8.5". I love the color of the wheels, and while I'm not a huge Rota fan, with these I can afford a set of Toyo T1R to go with them.

what do you think?

I like them!
A lot actually.
I dont know what size those are on that car, but i think an inch bigger would make a big asthetic difference

I like those. What color? The time attack black/red lip look good.

I also like the 18x8.5 SVN

Big fan of the Formula Mesh soon to be released in 18x8.5/9 as well

Like'em'a'lot. I think that would be coolio on your car Hypes. I would highly recommend AGAINST the T1-R's though. I had them on my Sti and was not at all impressed. I've since had B-stone RE-050's which were way better and now am running Falken FK-452's on my 18's and they are also an improvement over the T1-R's. Just my thoughts....tires can be very personal to driving style..I just didn't like'em.

PEACE

Ah, that's good info tora, thanks.
I used to love the T1S, but that was so long ago, and tire technology has changed so drastically in that time, I know there's something better out there.

Uncle Ben, those SVN's are beautiful. They seem to be pretty intricate though, and intricate means a heck of a time keeping them clean. Now those Formula mesh..... Wow.

Thanks for the replies so far.

They look small probably because the top of each spoke folds flat and goes toward the lip of the rim... if you want a "big" rim look without actually going big just get one that extends all the way out and sits flush with the lip of the wheel. Like:

SJ's wheels would be nice Steve...I think you've got three really good choices right on this page. I just got my Rota Formula's in black and am awaiting tires....they will look sick I think. The MotoForges are nice to...but I think I will hang onto them. I'll send you some pics on the car Steve-o.

I was thinking about SJ's 57f's, but they're a bit overpriced for a used wheel.
A couple companies in the US are now selling them for $1199 custom colors, and $999 for the silver, Gruppe S being one of them.
I was amazed as to how the price dropped on those.

I hope this doesn't take away from your sale SJ.
That wasn't my intention at all.

tora, send those pics over.
I bet they look awesome.
