Default Anyone else thinking about getting one of these?

Have you seen the Canadian Tire ads for it yet?

The science/physics/chemistry behind it is sound . . . I know most of us have newer cars, but now that my car is nearly 4 years old, I'm thinking this is a small price to pay ($200) for peace of mind down the road.

I saw this commercial on the TV, but the thing is, by the time we figure it works or not you cannot refund it or anything?

^^ Exactly chopchop...in like 5 years, when you get some rust, you'll take it back like and the company wont even exist anymore!

Coincidentally, the warranty/no-rust guarantee is 5 years

The "official" website is:
http://www.counteractrust.com/t&t.htm

They have a bunch of studies linked from there.

Yeah another thing about the picture, I am no expert so I don't know how many years it takes for a car to get rust from the picture above. So I guess what that company did was, they bought 2 of the EXACT same car, let them sit outside for 5 years or more to test their product? Yeah that sounds about right.. Theres no such thing as photoshop!

This reminds me of a thign we talked about in Chemistry class. Basicaly this thing sends electrical charge thourhg your car to prevent the electrons comming fomr theiron of our cars steal body.
Well you havea charge running throug your car already if its grounded properly.
If you really wan to prevent runst get some touch up paint and cover up thoes rock chips and clean out and area where watter is collecting.
