Question How many shingles can I put in teh wagon?

I'm re-doing my roof and am going tomorrow to get a couple more square. I'm using 30 year architecthural shingles that average 75 lbs. or so a bundle. How many bundles can I safely put in the wagon without damaging anything?

So is this one of those "guess how many ping pong balls inside the car & win $1,000" things?

I guess: 500 shingles. What do I get if I'm right?

Without being lazy & looking up the carrying capacity in the owner's manual, I'm going to say you can carry between 7 & 10 bundles.

Unfortunately I don't have access to an owner's manual.

Without looking at the manual, my guess is that the stock suspension can handle the driver plus 500 to 700 lbs.

The limiting factor here may be the weight per square foot capacity of the floor panel in the cargo area, followed by the dents and scratches that you will put on the plastic side panels. Do you have the Subaru cargo tray, or perhaps a piece of plywood that you can put on the cargo floor?

I'd guess that... and how much load the tires can take

1 square weighs around 225-250 lbs. So I wouldn't go more than 3 squares.
