I was actually looking at this one the other night.

Even if it was abused, if the frame is straight and/or the engine checks out, it's a steal.

"Drift Car" .. So with no mention of modifying the drivetrain we can assume he's beaten the crap out of the AWD system. A WRX with all that work done to it sporting the stock wheels implies they have driven it so hard/crashed it enough that they have gone through a set of aftermarket rims. The engine is probably junk, and the warranty is toast.

Plus if you watch the prices of these cars, the price seemingly depreciates at the same rate as a loan payoff. Like when I had $28,000 left on my 04 it was not uncommon to see 04's going for $28,000-$26,000 because some people only want to get the loan off thier back. I bet nicer cars than mine have been sold to dealers for less than $20,000! It's a good thing I'm keeping my car till it's toast, I'd be really depressed about the resale.

I'd check the vin # at the dealer first to see if the warranty is still valid.

I don't think there would be a warranty...it was raced hard. If you wanted to buy this car, I hope you wouldn't expect to get broken things covered? It's more suitable for someone to use as a racecar/street car than a dedicated daily driver.

Joe's rally car. Bought new and caged (by Total) for rally almost immediately. Won several rallies in 2004 and gave Joe 2nd overall in the Western Canada Rally Championship (while still in the Production class).

If you remember the PFR 2004 show on TSN it's Joe stepping in the cow pat.

I think this car is way over most of your "street heads".

It's a true rally prepared P4 class car.
The interior is gutted with racing seats, rally suspension, fuel cell, race exhaust, etc.
You don't want to drive this beast as a daily driver.
If you're after a car to show the girls, it'll look good and sound loud.
If you're after a car to get into the rally scene, then the price is excellent. Most everything is done for you.

If you are interested in the car, Tora knows the car's recent history. You would do well to contact him first.

If you're not interested in a car like this... we've tried to make it clear that it is a real competition machine and not a shiny toy.
