great choice! Im actually just starting to get into spec miata racing since I no longer race go-karts. Parts are cheap, those cars are everywhere, and...fun to drive of course!
here's a few pics, sorry suby guys-the suby is my dd

the mazda speed kit is only like $2600 for full suspension
ok sorry for the interruption

Just didn't love the Subaru like I should have. Lacked character like my other (older cars) did. I think I just prefer cars from the 80s and 90s

I've had LOTS of cars from the 80's and 90's. I'll take my '09 2.5i over any of them, even my Shelby Charger 2.2L Turbo- which was fast and fun but not put together like a Subaru.

Sad to see ya leave pnutbutta you had one of the freshest 2.5i's i've ever seen.
Maybe you didn't like the Subaru as much because it was so slow (I know mine is). Perhaps if you'd gotten an STI or WRX you would have appreciated it more...

I could have bought a brand new STI in full with cash with what I've spent repairing my current WRX over the last 8 years.

I'd get a Miata if I wasn't replacing both the WRX and my DD at the same time and it was feasible to own a 4th car.

Nice sound Imprezzive. It's aggressive without sounding too loud.
Can't wait to get all my exhaust parts in over next month

Default RalliTEK Anti-Sway Bar Kit is back on their website!!!

Hey guys,

Just to let you guys know that the RalliTEK Anti-Sway Bar Kit is available again on their website!!! I was wondering if anybody here bought just the front sway bar kit from them. I already have the Perrin rear sway bar, so I don't need the whole RalliTEK Anti-Sway Bar Kit.

Come spring time I will have to replace my struts and swaybar endlinks. (I put STi springs on my car and they blew my struts within a week, which also ended up messing up my endlinks)

So, the question I have is, since I live in upstate NY, should I buy coilovers and lower the car a bit, or buy the various suspension parts to lift it? I'm pretty much on the fence about it.

I guess it just depends on the look you want and how much your willing to spend.

Personally, I vote lower it a little bit so it looks clean but still functional. Then your able to raise the height it back up for the rough winters

I'm at stock height right now and I scrape all the time. The roads here SUCK. I used to have a tC that was lowered and it did look pretty good, but was just a PITA when having to drive up driveways, over speed bumps, and on the rough roads. Thats why I'm kinda stuck.

I've had my eye on this kit since I got my 09 hatch in sept. Anyone have experience with the installation? Stands/ramps necessary for install? Thinking about puttin in an order in the next couple weeks.

Jack/stands not needed for the rear but HIGHLY recommended. You can get under your car for the rear but it is very tight and not fun.

Yeah just throw it up on ramps and it will make the job so much easier! If you don't have ramps, they can be had for fairly cheap.
