Super bright! If I aimed them higher and wider I'd consider replacing my headlights with them lol. My light aim is all messed up now because of my suspension (slammed up front and way high in the rear) but once I fix that I'll take pics from the drivers seat of the output.

Any purpose behind the lights? Or just for looks?

I'd be pissed having someone roll up behind me with those on. lol

Thanks! For me it was because I have a really bad back and I had to take the bumper completely off. Lots of clips under the bumper.. I guess some people can pry the grill out on top and reach the screws on bottom, but there was no way I could get my arm down there.

I was outside in 26 degrees for about 4 hrs fiddling around in the dark with lots of flashlights and a headlamp a few nights ago, but eventually I got it all put back together.

A nice warm summer day would have been a lot easier. A couple pages back is a vid I used to get the bumper off, that was the sketchy part, especially in freezing weather with that plastic getting more and more brittle the colder it got..

You're right it's the ''front lip spoiler'' from Subaru..

@NineBreaker It looks a hundred thousand times better than a 2.5i with no lip, which looks like a frog with an under bite and a fat lip to me -edit... if it's not lowered, which mine isn't..

^^It got eaten by a tire I ran over on the freeway. And the insurance only gave me $100 for it because I (couldnt find) didnt have my receipt. Needless to say. Soon enough I will get another one, because as you said, it LOOKS SOO MUCH BETTER than the non-2.5i lip..

That sucks!! Interesting because I ran over a huge racoon going about 65 mph before I had my lip, but I hada 500 deductible on my comprehensive insurance. The racoon put a small hole in the bottom part of the bumper, but the damn insurance company was only going to pay for a cheap Chinese bumper, not a Subaru part. Long story short, I only got $180 for a $700 job.

So I looked around and noticed that front lip spoiler completely covers the small hole in my bumper. I just ordered that with the $$, and installed it myself. I kept my quality Subaru part and insurance paid most of a front lip spoiler. All I had to get besides that were those plastic bumper suports underneath that got smashed but they were cheap.

Yeah 2.5i's are begging for a spoiler and grill. It completely transformed my car. Love it. Much cleaner and sportier, especially in real life.. Pics look good, but real life these cars lok better than in pics I have noticed.

This car has a lip, without a chin spoiler.

Oh I agree, better than stock, just not my taste. I do like the color of your car though, and your sports grill.

Are the base model 2.5i's pre-wired for the fogs? If they are, basically plug and play right? I will be grabbing a pair of these if that's the case.

The wiring is there. The turn signal stock with the switch isn't.

What do you mean? Just the switch to turn them on and off? I'm fine with them being a constant on with my DRLs

If i got the signal/stalk it'd be easy as just splicing the aftermarket fogs to the power/ground and done?

Just wondering, have you ever seen one in real life? That one pic makes it look like it sticks out 4 inches, but it really doesnt. It looks more subtle in person. It fits so perfect that it looks like part of the bumper.

All the others including that one (in pic) for a 2.5i are basically DIY. Notice in that pic you can see though it where it doesn't fit properly cause it's made for an STI? Anyway thanks, I like the grill, I hate the stock 09' grill. It will look good on basement wall though!
