Anyway, I have a WRX, But I think I might paint mine soon too, looks great on yours. Exactly which paint is that? Did you strip/sand off the stock paint first? Did you clearcoat after? How many layers of each?
Thanks! Yeah we get different wheels on the Special Edition spec only which was available in '07 only. The stock 2.5i came with the same 5 star wheels. The paint I used is Duplicolor wheel paint, graphite colour. I lightly sanded down the rims to make sure the surface was rough and did like 3-4 coats of paint. Then 2 coats of clear, same Duplicolor wheel clear coat. There is no need to do that (the clear coat). It actually made the wheels darker in the end.

I love that color... but man does it ever look like a mini tribeca without the sport package aero kit on it.

It's for a red HVAC, but i'm sure you can change it to blue.
I wouldn't do this as it looks like a PITA thing to do, and I don't have a lot of time and patience

I would pay someone to do it for me, but i'm not picky about the HVAC colors.

The lip is a replica of a v-limited. i sell them haha

the rims are actually painted in a gun-metal colour. duplicolor graphite paint, to be exact.

the se seats are the same seats you'd get in a wrx. heated and all!

IMO, the only thing that makes painted wheels look crap are the stock chrome lug nuts. so if you are going to paint your wheels, spend a little extra and get some lugs. it'll make a world of a difference!

Just take a look if anyone is selling any 06/07 wrx seats. If they happen to have swapped out their stock seats for Recaro or other race type bucket seats then you can probably grap the wrx ones

Those wheels on the Legacy are hawt!!!(nice drop too) Pic #1 looks like a pretty serious camber issue. Or is it just the angle of the pic?
