5w-30 oil and i believe 75w-90 rear diff fluid. But why are you changing that already?

To answer your other question (how much), 4.8 quarts with filter change. The drain plug is 17mm IIRC.

i really need to start reading all of what people are typing, didn't realize you asked how much as well....yes 4.8qts(5 full qt's cause you'll never get all 5qts out) and a 17mm wrench. Replace the crush washer as well.

The last time I changed my oil I used over 5 quarts...

I always let the oil drain for a good half hour, then fill up the new filter and put it on. I had to crack open a sixth quart of redline to get in range on the dipstick. Every other oil change it's been less than 5 quarts... don't ask me how it took so much this last time.

For your other question, a gl-5 75w90 gear oil for the rear diff. Capacity .7 quarts, but the diffs impossible to overfill.
