ilgdrummer Scooby Newbie Member#: 28364 Join Date: Oct 2002 Chapter/Region: SCIC Location: San Diego Vehicle: 2004 Wagon STI Java Black	98 L manuel tranny into a 98 auto 2.5rs Im tired of my auto transmission and im looking to go to a manuel. I would love to do the sti swap but I don't have $4500. I was wondering if it could be done. If so will the tranny be able to handle the 2.5rs motor? Is this a good swap or will I lose any power or reliability? Kind of concerned with the pros and cons. If anyone could help that would be great.
