Default F/S :East Coast (DE) 2006 Steel grey Sti Modded

The time has come to buy a house and you all know the story, somethings gotta go. it is a 2006 Sti with the following:

Turbo xs intake
HKS ssq BOV
Helix up / down pipe (high flow catted down pipe)
HKS carbon/ti cat back
Turbo timer
Defi controller with boost guage
Turbo xs UTEC
Map selector (not installed)
Upgraded speakers
Sirus Ready

The car ended up being a daily driver inbetween Delaware and Philly. Therefore it has the usual road damage you would expect to find from a I-95 veteran (rock dings and chips). It was the first Sti on the lot back in Oct 2005 and it has 18,xxx miles. All parts were professionaly installed and the car was taken down to Turbo XS in Gaithersburg, MD for tuning. Final tuning session ended in 307/WHP and 316ft/lb @18psi. I have a dyno chart that could be emailed if necessary. Stero system was upgraded to Boston Acoustic speakers front and rear (no loud bass) just enough to be able to hear the radio while driving down the highway with the windows down. the car was never raced or taken to the track, it wasnt intended for that. looking to get $27,500, for an 06 with a good bit of $$$ in parts, tuning and labor, I have ALL reciepts.

not really interested in trades, sorry

i got it after all the other mods were installed, when i went to TurboXS for the tune. its been in the glove compartment ever since. guess i didnt feel like running the wire from the passenger side to the drivers side to mount by the intercooler sprayer. or taking it back to the shop just to install the switch

Too bad you have this up now, I would be interested as soon as my G35 sells but I'm sure it'll be gone by then. Bump for a great price and a clean car though. Good luck with the sale. -James

i dont want to sound cheap but im trying to get away from "sports" cars and get something more practical for fuel economy, and insurance rates until i get everything worked out with the new house and all of the bills that go along with it. I really dont want to sacrafice my other hobbies for the sake of have a super nice car. although anyone looking for a G i will certainly direct them to your thread.
